The ANYTRAY Portion-2-Pack 60 is an automatic filling system for packaging trays that feeds portions/product with the portioning system, fills the packs with portions/product and delivers it to your packaging plant at a speed of up to 60 trays per minute.
The system can handle trays of different sizes and shapes. The ANYTRAY Porton-2-Pack system is designed for high volume batch production, especially for minced meat.

The INTRAY Buffer Servo is the ideal solution for a production line where speed is important. The tray conveyor is integrated into the Smart Stand, which saves a lot of space and provides autonomy and automatic loading of the new tray stack into the denester.
The Buffer Servo is delivered with a customized Smart Tool. As with all INTRAY products, the Buffer Servo has an easy-to-use built-in programmable control unit and can be easily cleaned. You also get the time-saving Smart Tool. Using the Smart Tool, changing to a different disc takes less than a minute.
