History of “Baadering”
In 1969 BAADER developed the soft pressure separation process for the recovery of red meat, poultry, fish. The so-called “BAADER meat” is a defined term of quality today. According to an independent agency from the point of view of food law: “BAADER meat” is comparable to normal meat. The BAADER Press-Separation method separates the meat from the connective tissue and neurons. The meat obtained is not MSM/MDM and therefore should not be declared as such. “Baadering” is the world-proven method of separating soft and hard components. The ingredients are subjected to as little pressure as possible, thus allowing the best quality of the final product.
