Code of Conduct

Introduction
For its smooth operation, the Company has defined basic principles, which should be respected by all its staff and managers. The primary objective of the Company’s code of conduct is to create a climate of trust among the Company’s employees.
The Company’s philosophy is focused on meeting the needs of its customers, responding rapidly to market needs and flexible management systems.
The need to record rules of conduct arose primarily from the growth of the Company’s business, the increase in its staff, the need to prevent behaviours that cause dysfunction in its daily operations and the constantly evolving market.
Trust-based cooperation is considered essential for the efficient operation of the Company and the effective response to external challenges.
It is noted that the principles described in the Code of Conduct are not intended to replace labour legislation, case law, contracts or labour regulations, but describe the principles governing the Company’s relations with its employees.
All employees of the Company must keep confidential any information related to the Company and the scope of its business.
The Code of Conduct binds all employees of the Company

1. Lawful Conduct
We comply with the laws of the Country in which we operate and it applies regardless of the sanctions. Illegal acts endanger the interests of the company and the company condemns them. Employees who act illegally are not covered by the Company.
All workers are obliged to be informed, to comply and to assume their responsibilities according to their duties towards the laws of the state.
Ignorance of the law does not exist.

2. Taxes and Subsidies
We comply with all legal requirements regarding taxes and subsidies and do not provide any assistance for tax evasion or fraud.

3. Ownership of the company and business confidentiality
We protect the intellectual and material property of the Company.
Existing resources are treated with care and according to their purpose. Cars, telephones, computers, etc. are used for professional use.
In case of damage to a tool or a car, the employee should immediately inform the management to ensure that the damage is repaired immediately.
Unnecessary expenses should be avoided. Business decisions are made based on the analysis of opportunities and risks.
The company premises are for the exclusive use of company merchandise and not for the personal belongings of employees

4. Prohibition of Discrimination
The company treats all people equally, regardless of race, origin, religion, political beliefs, etc. We work with everyone properly and honestly.

5. Documentation of business processes and confidentiality
Internal and external updates must be written accurately and completely so that the recipient can have a clear picture. The writing of reports is written with an objective expression.
Company documents must not be destroyed or altered.
The personal data of our employees, suppliers and customers is never given to third parties, except in cases of a public prosecutor’s order, and is used only for the purposes for which it was given to us. The company complies with the GDPR regulation

6. Honesty – Reliability – Frugality
Our words and our actions must be in harmony.
Authenticity makes us trustworthy and strengthens the relationship with our colleagues, our customers and our suppliers.
Austerity means avoiding waste which is not absolutely necessary for the proper functioning of the Company. Our resources should be used where there is a need and a greater chance of success.

7. Customers – Suppliers
The company wishes to establish with its customers and suppliers long-term cooperative relationships based on honesty, trust and common interest. We respect the tangible and intangible property rights of our business partners in relation to what they entrust to us. We protect the trust they show us.
The company treats all its clients, regardless of their size, with responsibility, honesty and impartiality. We are committed to promoting products and services in an honest and fair manner. We ensure the correctness and reliability of our statements both at the level of mass communication and at the level of personal contact with our commercial partners.
The company provides all potential suppliers with equal opportunity without bias. The selection of suppliers is based on objective criteria such as the quality of the products and services provided, the technical service after the sale, the speed of deliveries, the pricing policy, the financial solvency, as well as the experience and know-how of the supplier.

8. Competition and antitrust policy
The company and all its employees apply the laws on fair competition and antitrust in accordance with the applicable legislation.
We refrain from relations with competitors that can be classified as illegal.

9. Responsibility for our products and services
The trust of our customers is mainly based on the quality and safety of our products and services. We all have to contribute to this.

10. Employees
A. Cooperation:
Every employee treats each other equally and with respect.
Each employee works together with his or her colleague to achieve the best result.
Each employee takes responsibility for his or her actions.
Having understood the importance of the working environment in the sustainable development of the company, the company’s management develops corporate social responsibility activities.
The Company ensures that remuneration is based on competence, skills and performance. It offers insurance coverage and a satisfactory salary for the proper living of its employees. Working hours are provided for by law.
The administration facilitates the staff in a sensitive situation (pregnancy, illness of relatives, etc.)
Leave days are provided for by law.
Employees are involved in the reports both in terms of the creation and the execution of the report.

11. Staff and Management Communication
Staff should report to the Management, according to the organisation chart, on anything that concerns them, with ideas, suggestions for improvements, complaints, etc.

12. Profitability
We act socially and responsibly and try to succeed financially.
We want and must as a company earn enough to ensure the continuation of the company. At the same time we take into account the activities, the needs of the employees and the people around us.
Reckless pursuit of profit we reject.

We seek and offer new ideas with a future. By adapting the technology to our customer, we try to satisfy their expectations. We are constantly improving our service delivery and service processes.
